Our kitchen

The food served is based on good, pure, local produce.

We buy our meat from the neighbouring Helgum farm and the local sausage maker in Brandbu. All vegetables also come from local farms and local suppliers.

The same goes with our beers. Hadeland håndverksbryggeri provides our guest with the best of norwegain brewery traditions.

For breakfast we serve bread from the local bakery and we also provide our own special homemade Granavolden sausage, which is only served to our guests.

Our meals are tasty and seasonal. For our conference guests we provide a four-course menu which always contains meat and fish. Our guests are welcome to help upgrade the daily menu.
